I was disappointed in this story. I really loved the first book in this series; and the second book ran high on my list also.
This one, though, was missing something.
The heroine had hang ups that, to me, didn't make total sense. Also, while she indicated that she did not want a serious relationship, she seemed to want to know what was going on with them all the time. While I understand she had a lot of things going on to stress her out, if you agree to a 'no-strings' relationship one would expect to just take it day-by-day. She just seemed to analyze everything to death.
Then, really, suspecting the hero of being her stalker? Really? She's supposed to be feisty, but she doesn't even bother to confront him about it? Just too many 'huh?' moments for me.
At any rate, not my favorite in the series, so far.
It's possible that I'm just in a mood and it may get better on a re-read. Unfortunately, I won't be doing that any time soon.
